Winding Streets

This photo, taken from the Google office, is probably the best example of the miniature effect tilt-shift can produce, and how you can use it to highlight features, that I took while in Tokyo. I really loved how the taller buildings curved with the small river running through them, then how the main street followed that curve, and then the smaller buildings followed that curve. Just taking a normal picture here wouldn't have highlighted the curve in the same way as this tilt-shift does.
