I woke up at 5am to get to the market on time. Observers aren't allowed on the floor any more, we're constrained to an observation deck above it, but the sounds of the floor are piped in.

These are rows and rows of frozen tuna, all of which were sold. The rounds on top are cuts to show the meat of the fish. All throughout the morning, the ringing of a bell to signal the next action starting.
