When I joined the World Economic Forum, they sent me to Geneva for two weeks for onboarding. In between, I had a weekend free and took the train out to Gruyères, a beautiful little town and castle that gives its name to Gruyère cheese.
Right when you get off the train, you're greeted by their tourist center that gives you a tour of how cheese is made. Surrounding the medieval castle on a hill is this landscape of orange-roofed Swiss buildings at the base of the Swiss Alps.
