The back right tire is black and the wheel is askew, the back left wheel is missing, and the seat is white and red. A chain is attached to the pillar and the tricycle, and a padlock is in the chain. Driving through Venice Beach, I saw this trike on the side of the road. This block was pretty industrial and fairly sparse, except for this trike. The beach, bustling and bright, was right down the road, providing a real contrast to this scene.
