This is a stained glass window with three sections. The middle section has a woman in a long gown and a crown on her head. The woman is holding a red rose in her hand. She has a pearl necklace on and is wearing a white ruff around her neck.

On the left side of the woman is a man wearing a black hat, a dark jacket, and a large ruffle collar. He is holding a scroll in his hands that says "Virginia" on it. The man has a dark beard and is wearing a gold belt.

The right side of the woman has a man in a blue jacket and a white ruff around his neck. He is holding a scroll in his hand and has a light beard. The man is wearing a red cloak and is standing on top of a patterned rug.

All three individuals are framed with elaborate gold, red, and blue stained glass designs. The bottom of each section has a line of text. The left section reads "Sir Walter Raleigh" and the right section reads "Edmund Spenser", and the middle section reads "Queen Elizabeth".
