In the center of the fountain is a statue of a woman with her arms outstretched, it's difficult to tell what she is holding as her arms are broken off at the elbows. The statue is on a pedestal surrounded by the fountain. Behind the fountain is a large, modern building with a sign that reads "Caesar's Palace". The building appears to be several stories high and is made of beige stone. There are trees and bushes in front of the building, and there is a clear blue sky above.
